Tiger Moths and Memories
A York Learning city-wide project - led by Claire Douglas (with workshops delivered by Donna Maria Taylor and other York Learning tutors)

This particular project was delivered by City of York Council (York Learning) in partnership with York Art Gallery.
As part of the project a number of workshops were run across the city in order to encourage residents to take part - and in total over 1500 people contributed!
The butterflies were on display throughout the summer of 2016 in the project room of York Art Gallery - and then flew across to York EXPLORE library to be a part of Big City Read 2016.
Their next landing point was in the stairwell and upstairs landing of South Bank Studios (within Southlands Methodist Church).
